Buyer Onboarding and Compliance

Every corporate buyer of petroleum, gas or petrochemical products completes our Corporate Buyer Onboarding, KYC and Product Requirement Form before commercial discussions begin. The form covers your corporate identity, ownership, licensing, financial capacity, compliance declarations, product requirements and logistics preferences. It is a due diligence and requirements document only. It is not an offer, allocation, product guarantee, invoice or sales contract.

What to Prepare

Before starting the form, have the following ready: your certificate of incorporation and constitutional documents, a current certificate of good standing, your ownership chart and beneficial ownership details, relevant licences and permits, your last two to three years of audited financial statements, a bank reference letter, your product specifications, and your board resolution or power of attorney evidencing signing authority. The form closes with a document checklist so you can confirm what is attached and what will follow.

How the Process Runs

Complete and sign the form, attach your supporting documents, and submit. Our compliance team reviews the submission, verifies documents with issuing authorities and screens all parties. Where anything is unclear we come back to you. Once onboarding is complete, our commercial team engages on your product requirement and, where we can serve it, issues an offer. Final terms live in a separately executed contract.
