Our Process

How We Work

Our transaction process follows five stages:

  • First, the buyer submits an enquiry and completes our Corporate Buyer Onboarding, KYC and Product Requirement Form.
  • Second, our compliance team reviews the submission, verifies documents and completes due diligence.
  • Third, our commercial team issues an offer against the confirmed requirement.
  • Fourth, the parties execute a contract that fixes specification, quantity, price, payment, inspection, logistics and transfer of title and risk.
  • Fifth, delivery proceeds under the agreed terms with independent inspection where required.
Onboarding is not an offer and creates no obligation on either side. It exists so that when an offer is made, both parties can rely on it.
Standards and inspection
Our Standards

We screen counterparties against applicable sanctions lists and verify licences with issuing authorities. We ask buyers to write specifications out in full rather than rely on abbreviations. We require payment through verified corporate accounts and regulated instruments. We allocate logistics responsibility explicitly before contract. These habits cost a little time at the start of a relationship and save a great deal of it afterwards.

Our Reach

From Abuja we serve buyers purchasing within Nigeria and buyers exporting to international destinations. Our solar practice serves communities, businesses and households across Nigeria.
